Agreement scope

These General Terms govern access to focuskernel.digital and engagement summaries describing Focuskernel trade marketing services. By requesting information or submitting forms, you acknowledge that marketing collateral is informational—not an offer capable of acceptance until a separate written statement of work exists.

Service descriptions

Package names, sample deliverables, and pricing ranges describe typical engagements. Actual scope, fees, and milestones are defined per project contract. Nothing on this site obligates Focuskernel to staff, hardware, or retail access not explicitly listed in a signed agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to upload malware, harvest personal data from other users, or attempt to breach infrastructure. Automated scraping is prohibited without prior written permission. You agree not to misrepresent affiliation with retailers, distributors, or Focuskernel when submitting inquiries.

Intellectual property

Prism-themed design assets, copy, and structured methodology descriptions remain Focuskernel property. You may quote short excerpts for internal procurement reviews; redistribution of downloadable templates or frameworks requires written consent. Client-provided materials stay with respective owners.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Focuskernel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or preliminary conversations. Aggregate liability tied to unpaid informational access is limited to zero; contractual engagements reference separate caps.

Governing law and venues

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with courts competent for Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, unless mandatory consumer protections assign a different venue.

Termination and suspension

Focuskernel may suspend site features or communication channels when abuse, fraud, or security risk is detected. You may stop using the site at any time. Clauses intended to survive—such as intellectual property and liability—remain effective.

Updates

We may revise these General Terms to reflect operational or statutory changes. Material updates include a fresh “last updated” date and, where practical, on-site notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit renewed consent.
